I trust the KDHE technical staff’s ability to develop a construction air permit for the Holcomb Expansion Project that follows the Clean Air Act and protects the environment and the public health of Kansas. This environmentally-sound project will benefit all Kansans by generating necessary jobs and tax revenue at a time when both are desperately needed. I urge you to approve the construction air permit.
